All-laser LASIK is a safe and effective procedure for the treatment of nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism. For these conditions, nJoy Vision employs the same technologies used by the United States Navy and NASA. Over 8,000 patients needed corneal transplants last year from keratoconus. nJoy Vision offers new treatment options that will help patients see better with contact lenses and glasses and may eliminate their need for a corneal transplant. Intacs® are small support segments that stabilize an irregular cornea, allowing for improved vision and easier contact lens fitting. Corneal-crosslinking is a procedure that strengthens a keratoconic cornea, reducing the progressive changes found with keratoconus patients.
