You’ve made New Year’s resolution to become a DIY expert. Not so fast! Your glasses are going to be a problem.

1. Glitter gets everywhere and never goes away
If you’re trying to add a little glam around the house, be careful because you’ll likely end up accidentally bedazzling a lot more than you planned. Namely your frames. Or getting paint on them. Or getting glue on them (and then they get glued to you!) Oof.
2. That varnish takes longer to dry then you might expect
Be verrrrrrrrrry careful around fresh varnish. If you set your glasses on it, they will become part of it.
3. Protective eyewear over glasses is uncomfy
If you’re doing DIY right, you’d better wear some protective eyewear. Hopefully you can find a pair that fits comfortably over your glasses. You def don’t want to be DIY’ing without safety goggles.
