Earlier this week, we wrote about a group of scientists who say a mere change in diet can give people the ability to see near infrared.
However outlandish or feasible you find that claim to be, there’s no denying that the foods we eat do have an impact on the overall health of our eyes. For instance, foods like kale, turkey, carrots, and salmon all help promote eye health and function in one way or another.
While they may not give you super human vision, you should be loading up your grocery cart with these and many other nutrient-packed, eye-healthy foods.
Our favorite is the salmon. It’s always the salmon.
